A Hero Stands Tall
It happens and it happens quite often in our lives that we back slide, give up and give in. This is the time when he smallest things in life turns out to have an insurgent force, which makes us go down on our knees. Today while watching one of the movies of heroism, undying faith and a will to change destiny. I managed to cling on to some words that gets my heart beating faster, pumping and filling the blood with a gust of adrenaline.
Its all wrong, we shouldn't have been here in the first place. All our lives we have heard about folks who set out on the path of truth, a path filled with impenetrable obscurity. And they walk alone in the wilderness with nobody to fall back on. He feels that its all wrong and he has no purpose towards which he walks this path. A hundred may be thousands block his way, but he goes on. Hope - a quite essential human dilution, simultaneously the source of ones greatest strength and weakness. Hope is the one that keeps him interested. We never want to see the end, as it is all covered with darkness. Where the hope of a man dies, but the one who walk the path stands talk and defies all that stands in his way, defies destiny.
And there we see the day when the sun rises. The darkeness has to pass. A day that brings a new beginning. And it seems that, what we had once known to be the end, is just the beginning. And it all happens because of just one man. Who had once thought of it all to be wrong. The one who fought all the resistence and stood tall.
The world has seen such inexorable heroes.
The question is, How did he achieve it? I say, the Heroes in our stories had lots of chances, of turning back. Its just that they didn't, because they were holding on to something. If we look at our self we are also holding on. That there is something good in this world that makes it worth fighting for. There is hero in all of us, the delay is only in discovering it.
Its in our hands, if we want to LIVE or Merely Exist.
